Your get up and go has got up and left so you feel tired and unmotivated!. Its a symptom you are missing nutrition!.
Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Having artificial energy isn't motivation!. Not getting anything done can be rooted in boredom, inability to set priorities, or fear of success or failure!. Sometimes we're our own worst enemies - we take on too much and procrastinate in order to (subconsciously) have the excuse for not getting anything done!. Or we're so afraid of falling short that we never get started!. Or we fear that if we succeed, we'll be given more and more difficult stuff to do!. Whatever it is with you, look inside and be honest with yourself!. and be sure to get enough sleep!. 8 hours/night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, if you are used to have coffee after a while it isn't going to work any more! Try tea, or dark chocolate!. An apple in the morning is also a good thing to keep you moving! it works for me at least!
