Question: What do you do if you inhaled!?
I live close enough to the Santa Cruz Mountains (on fire, if you didn't know) that my car is covered in ash and I think I may have breathed some in!. I've had a very sore throat for the last three days and some moderately painful head aches!. At first I thought it was a cold, but it hasn't been accompanied by the normal symptoms like stomach-ache, sinuses, etc!. Have tried medicine (Robitussin + sore throat spray) and it hasn't helped!. Anything in particular I can drink or do to get rid of the pain!? Thanks for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry you are having to go through this!. A home remedy that has almost always worked for me is to pour a glass of hot/warm water stir salt in, gurgle it in the back of my throat and spit it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
