if you have plenty of time in the afternoon to take a nap of an hour and a half or so, then sleeping at exactly 12 o' clock should be fine!. but if you dont have time in the afternoon, i guess you should go sleep in no later than 10!. 30 p!.m!.
around 8 hours sleep is a must for your overall metabolic activites at its optimum!

Althrough an adult person should sleep for atleast 8hour,but if u r in final year(like 10th,12th,graduation final year) then u need an extra effort in order to score good result!.So at this stage i will suggest u to sleep for atleast 6 hour!.!.so work accordingly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
