How to take care of anxiety and a stomachache?!
Question: How to take care of anxiety and a stomachache!?
i got in trouble in school(http://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index;!.!.!.
and i am very worried i will get kicked off a trip when i first heard that i wont go (i still have a !.01% chance) i started crying uncontrollably and hyperventilating later in that day i randomly started sobbing and hyperventilating in class later on the bus i was breathing so heavily that i fainted and i threw up when i got home and continued to hysterically cry and hyperventilate i couldent stop and even now i panic and my heart races i start to sweat and breath fast i also feel paranoid and angry!. i have a big stomach ache, head ache!. i haven't really slept for the past few days i always had a hard time sleeping i cant stop thinking at bed time i go to bead an 9:00 and fall asleep usually at 11:00 pretty frequently at 12:00 and sometimes (like last night) at 1:00/2:00 what should i do for anxiety and my stomach!? i also have sharp pangs in my lower right side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to calm down, first of all!. Take some time to not worry, about anything!. Take some pepto and Tylenol!. Sit at your desk, look up a video on relaxing, or self massage, which always works for me!. Drink alot of water, and get a warm shower!. Massage will help you calm down, and relax!.
