Cold wet washcloth or even add a little ice!. Always use cold to reduce swelling of any type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
is she allergic to tears!? or are you that stupid!? everyones eyes puff up when they cry! not as bad as others but they still do, mine puff up a little but if my brother crys holy-poo his relly puff up! my moms do to!.!.!.!.!.!.

putting hot tea bags, cucumber slices, or a cool washcloth over her eyes would all help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
