Question: Sexually active - Young teen!?
I feel ashame!.!. I've been sexually active since I was a little kid (Around 5-7 ish years old!. Not sure) I'm 16 now (Never had sex, just masturbates)!. I'm catholic by the way!. The point is when I'm done I feel ashamed afterwards, and then I go ahead and do it again and then I feel ashame again!. I do it because its ether I'm stressed and it makes all the negativity go away!. Knowing that I'm catholic its not a good thing!. I've tried thinking of Lord and keep asking forgiveness but yet I keep doing it!. Please help me !. I want to stopWww@Answer-Health@Com

Look, I know about the guilt!. I was raised Mormon, so from the religious point, I understand!.
It took me long time to realize that just about everyone does it!. It is natural, "normal" to touch yourself!. It's when you are doing it ALL the time-(too much of anything isn't good for you)-that it becomes a problem!. I know it's easy to say, but, try not to feel guilt and remember that is natural and 75% of the human race does it--maybe more maybe less but everyday people do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to break it to you but, masturbating is normal and nothing to be ashamed about!. Even though you started young, that is also not abnormal!. A lot of children are curious about their bodies and explore it!. They just do what feels good to them!.
Just remember, it is YOUR body!. There is nothing wrong with touching your own body!.
