we yawn because its the brains way of making you inhale more/ enough oxygen because less it getting to it!.

well it may be the brain reminding itself , upon seeing somone yawn, to make you yawn so more oxygen is inhaled!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know, but yesterday I was talking to my daughter on the phone, she yawned, then I did too! So evidently you don't have to actually see someone yawn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
