Speaking from experience, my x husband tried methadone to get off of Oxycontin!. The withdrawal from the methadone is worse than the withdrawal from the opiates!. Methadone is a legal way for our government to make money by providing addicts a legal high, it is cruel but government does not care- it is a legal drug ring- I know of 3 people who died taking methadone- Stay away from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
