Screaming in sleep?!
Question: Screaming in sleep!?
I've been screaming in my sleep lately but i haven't been having nightmares (That i can remeber)!. I woke up someone in the house the other day at 1 in the mounrning then scared someone else while they were on the computer!.!.!. It's sorta funny but any reason!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be night terrors, or you could have sleep apnea!. You may try asking your doctor to refer you for a sleep study!. They hook you up to an EEG and an EKG (as well as other other things to measure your oxygen levels etc), and would be able to give you more information as to what's going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
lol, anyway try sleeping with a pillow over your head!.!.!.!.Or maybe you did have a night mare, but not when you were awake!.!.!.I've heard that even when your in the deepest sleep, your still dreaming even tho most people don't remember there dream, it could've just been a bad dreamWww@Answer-Health@Com
