Why am I so sick?!?!

I have always been healthy and now suddenly at a doctor visit I was diagnosed with ear infections (which I'm ok with), possibly asthma (we're treating other things to see if it cures it b/c my lungs are congested), high cholesterol, and some weird heart rates!. I also have protein in my urine!. And she said I have allergies!. I will agree that I do have season allergies but most people do!. I am the most concerned about the cholesterol and weird (fast and then slow) heart beats!. I just turned 21, dont drink, dont smoke, not over weight and I've always eaten healthy and been active!. Why would all this be happening now and what can I do to lower my cholesterol!? I just want to live a long healthy life and not have clogged arteries at age 40!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
