Question: I have a bony spine (Like gollum!) Help!!?
My spine really sticks out and im very self-concious because of it!. I was wondering how i can train and improve my back muscles so it does'nt stick out so much!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same problem, i started working out, and its kinda just became muscle instead of my spine sticking out
push ups, squats, and any ab work out for me
go search for back exercies to work out ur back

Are you very underweight!? Usually spines stick out when you're really skinny!. I would try to gain some weight by eating alot of protein and dairy, and working on upper body strength to bulk up (just a little) to conceal your boniness!.
I'm not sure if that's really how you do it, but it kind of makes sense, don't you think!?!? ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
