Question: Think I'm developing an OCD habit!?
Ok just read an answer to my past q and it has just dawned on me I might have an OCD habit-does anyone know-and how do i stop it!?!?
What I do is i go though my hair constantly, pulling or snipping at split ends that you can't even notice when looking at it normally!. i also fiddle with my hair HEAPS!.

That sounds more like a tic than OCD!. I have a tic very similar to yours!.!.!. I have this weird habbit of twirling my hair when I'm in deep thought or thinking really hard!. It's a nightmare when I'm studying; around exam time it got so bad that I had huge knots in my hair that were impossible to untie!.!.!. had to get em cut out!. Haha!. In some cases I think it's a habbit that begins at an early age!. My mom says I had to twirl her hair every night as an infant in order to fall asleep!.!.!.ha!. It's nothing to worry about or be ashamed of though, we all have our little idiosyncrasies!. That's definitely not OCD though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go to your regular Dr, ask him/her for a referral to a psychotherapist!.talking to a therapist will help to determine, if you have OCD or not!?There are medications now to treat OCD!.Psychotherapy (talking) helps too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
