How do you get rid of neckache?!
Question: How do you get rid of neckache!?
I've had it for two days now and it's getting worse >!.<Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Sleep on your back with your head straight!.
take ibuprofen (if you arent allergic to it)
Cut down on using the computer as this puts a strain on your neck!.
Regulary move it around a bit do - some neck exercises!.
Make sure your posture is good - could be the cause!.
If all else fails and you dont think the pain is going better see a doctor
