Question: Eye lasik surgery- good or bad!?

I had Lasik done just over a year ago and have had no problems!. Dry eyes now and then, but nothing major, and it effected my night vision for a little while, but again, I adjusted!.
My eyes were definitely bad, and I couldn't read things at any real distance!. I wore glasses for over 30 years!.
I got the surgery on the same day as my consultation!. As far as the actual surgery went, they gave me some numbing drops, dilated my eyes, put me on the table and 10 minutes later I got up with better than 20/20 vision!. I had to wear dark sunglasses for a few hours, and was advised to go home and sleep for at least 3 hours (which I needed no encouragement to do!)!.
It was a life-changing event!. There are chances that something could go wrong, as there is always a chance in any kind of surgery, but the technology is there, and so is the safety margin!. My personal experience has been a good one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know it seems weather a household itemlike a new flooring, new car, rectal cleanse lol-
itsalways the newest and best and theres almost no problems! Glasses have been around for millenia!. With no problems - i havent even searched for side effects but i can almost gaurentee theres gonna be a "ohboy! its not god for you" a decade from now!. Like asbestos/fiberglass did, like mercury fillings, aspertame -msg - whatever!. Do what feels rite and listen to your insides - not the certified white coat man!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
