Is smoking from a Hookah the same as smoking cigarettes?!
Question: Is smoking from a Hookah the same as smoking cigarettes!?
A few of my friends and I have gone a few times to a Hookah lounge!. I'm not a smoker (cigarettes or "mother nature's natural herb") and never have been!.!.!. But I was curious as to whether smoking from a Hookah is the same as inhaling nicotine as a smoker would smoking cigarettes/cigars/chewing tobacco!. I don't believe we were smoking tobacco as I have seen in other questions regarding Hookahs!. The stuff they put on top of the Hookah looked like little hot orange burning coals that would get hotter if you blew on them (almost like incense) and they released a fruit flavored taste when you smoked from it!. I just wanted to know, so I can figure out if I need to stop smoking it so much!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its nothing compared to cigs, however doing too much hookah MAY bring up problems!. i dont recmd smoking hookah on an everyday basis!. use it wisely!. but it is A LOT safer than cigs!. cigs hurt ur lungs really bad, but hookah since its water based filtered no!. i do both, but honestly hookah a lot lot lot lot better and safer!.also u get to pick flavors!.!. unlike cigs!.!.!.

Actually the coal on top just heats up what you are smoking it's not what it being smoked!. What you are smoking it most likely this stuff i can't remmber the name of but it is a tabacco product thought not very strong!. It has very little tabacco actually in it and it therefor has less nicoteen!. Also if you get a buzz from smoking it it's not from the nicoteen!. If you smoke a lot of it the affects can be similar to that of a light ciggarette smoker!. It is highly filtered thought so i wouldn't really worry abotu smoking it unless you are doinging it very frequently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it is flavored tobacco!. i own one!. there is a warning on the molasses about cancer and heart disease just like cig packs but there is less tobacco and nicotine in the flavored molasses than regular cigs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, there aren't any additives to tobacco smoked from a hookah!. Not to say that it's not bad for you, but it's certainly not AS bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
