My grandfather at 99 is aaaalmost a centenarian!
His sight is fantastic, as are his walking, activities and health -- he still works as a carpenter as he has for the past seventy-some years!.
His hearing is going a bit, but he has great humor about it -- always telling me to just let the phone ring thirty times so that he can figure out where it's coming from!.
Ailments!? Absolutely none!. Plus he's still sharp as a darn tack -- he just helped me with my father's will, and knew just about everything about everything despite having never practiced law!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know a few actually, since i am on materinity leave from working in a nursing home!.!. unfortunately all of them are immobile ie!. bedridden, or wheel chair reliant and depend heavily on lifting machines for general mobility ie, entering the shower, toilet!. going on outings!.!. most are affected with dementia and wear glasses, but their is one woman who has all her mental faculties and only requires glasses for reading!. since immobility is a factor activities are limited, however, they still visit family, go to lunch and walks in their wheelchairs, knit associate with friends!.!.!. i have never come across a centenarian or an nonagenarian for that matter who doesnot suffer from some form of physical health ailments such as cancer, diabetes, arthritis etc!. diseases which are synonomous with old age!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My grandfather Pancho!. He has never been out of the Dominican Republic and has led a very clean and healthy life!. He eats only fresh fruits vegetables and no met!. He can see better than me!. He walks with a walker but that does not stop him from living his life!. His mom died when she was 104, we do not die easily in my family I tell ya!. He turned 100 on new years eve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
