Wat's happening to me?!


Question: Wat's happening to me!?
Im only 14 years old, and my shoulder and arm start to hurt after i fight with my annoying 8yr old brother(not physical) and it causes my skin to break out!. My arm hurts a whole lot, and i feel like im going to die, but this only happens when i am really stressed!.!.!. wat shud i do!? Is this a condition or something!? And are there any good methods of stress relief!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe ur pms-ing!.!.!.lol hey it could happen! but it could also be stress like ya said!. Cuz sometimes when i get stressed my get lots of acne!.

maybe u should identify the cause of ur stress 1st, and try to deal with that!.

my health book has some helpful advice about stress!.!.!.hang on!.!.!.k so if u have stress: u should try to get enough rest, cuz if u dont have enough sleep its harder for u to function!. u should also eat the right foods (no sweets, try fruits!) and get enough exercise!. this way ur body will be able to work more effectively!.

Stress also has a lot to do with time management!. You should learn to prioritize ur stuff and stick to a schedule!. Try not to over load ur activities and put in times for fun things!.

You should learn to relax!. that helps a lot! By relaxing do things like read a book, singing or something u like to do for fun!. (this might be stupid) but try meditating!. I found out that helps a lot when i was all stressed out!! The best place i suggest u do this is like at a park or a wide open area!. Where's there's a nice scenery!. When im stressed i like to take a walk and just think about my problems!. I look at the scenery: the flowers, leaves, the peacefulness!. Sometimes i go to the elementary school near me and lie on the grass and just stare at sky, listen to the birds, etc!. It's really pretty and helps you think better!.

This is the best way to relax your body!. This can be done any time, anywhere!. It's best to be done lying down:
Start at the top of your body!. Clench you jaw for 5 seconds, and release!. Do the same with your shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, butt, thighs, legs, and feet!. (If you can!.) This will work wonders for you!. I hope this is all stress!. But if your arm continues to hurt so bad, I really think you need to be examined by a doctor!.
