How long does a laxative stay in your body?!
Question: How long does a laxative stay in your body!?
I know it was working yesterday, but I'm not sure if it's still in my system or not!. I took it around 12pm yesterday, it is 8!.6mg of sennosides (if that helps)!. It's just a generic vegetable laxative!. I know it says you should produce a bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours and I did, so is it still working through my system!? Anybody know how long it takes to go through completely!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I want to say the max would be 24hrs!.!.!. but with you taking a natural one, it may be a little longer im thinking!. It should be about done!. & you already know if those cramps/contractions get any worse than they are, carry your butt to the doc! But with it being natural, i dont believe you have anything to worry about!. YOu should start feeling more normal soon, if you haven't already =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
