Question: How much do you think i deserve for drinkig posion!?
Back in Dec!. of 2007 i went in to a local establisment, a convient store to purchase coffee on my way to work!. Much to my surprise what i thought was coffee turned out to be urnex brewer cleaner instead, the color coming from the silver urn was a brown liquid, i assumed that i was getting coffee, i spent about five min putting in my sugar and french vanilla, then after doing that i had to take a drink as i always do to make sure it fit my taste, i took a pretty big gulp and instantly my throat was on fire, i went to the local er and was treated with comfirmation that i did indeed injest a chemical, it is called acid @ alkaline posioning!. I was sent to see a ent ear,nose!.throat) my true vocal cord was singed and i suffered from gerd, acid reflux for months with med prescribed!. However, my medical bills only come to about 1,000 that is not including the meds which were approx 250!.00!. i do have a suit against them i mean it shouldn't matter about the medical bill, i was posioned!. by them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur medical bills any money lost from not being able to work plus a negotiabled amount for pain and suffering they may agree to settle this for a good amount to avoid publicity!. The winnability of ur case depends on whether there were signs where the brewer was etc!. If its a chain like 7/11 they have deeper pockets and more image to protect if its a mom and a pop u should still get something!. Also get an attorney who works on continguency they only get money when if u do and there fews can part of settlement/verdict

That is definatly a lawsuit!. The amount of money you get is negotiable!. They should pay for all medical bills and time off work, plus at least a couple hundred extra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd take what i could get, my son was homeless and his friend had sent for him and he was going to leave on the bus to go to another state, far away, and i live far away from both!.!.!.my brother took him to a restaurant to eat and he wanted to really fill up for the ride!. the restaurant fed him food with a bloody bandage in it and he couldn't finish the meal, they took the evidence and accused him of trying to sue and get a free meal, soon after they sold the place, a security guard told him that had happened there before, he got nothing from it !.still hoping it wasn't disease packed,and he's still homeless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
