Hello I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia and seem to have constant chronic fatigue!. I've tried sleeping, eating better and taking vitamin b12 pills & injections, is there anything else I can do or take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pernicious anemia ~ the body's inability to absorb B12, right!?!? Try taking a liquid form of a B complex supplement ~ get one including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 andB12 and folate etc!.!.!.!. as they all rely on each other for effective absorption!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. B6, calcium and vitamin D are needed for the effective absorption of B12 and of course B12 is needed for effective iron absorption !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually unless specifically told to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath !.!.!.!.!.!. are you taking B6, calcium and vitamin D as well!?!?

Take a high potency B complex vitamin daily!. Don't drink caffeinated drinks with your meals (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate milk)!. Keep following your doctor's advise!. Anemia will cause the tiredness and fatigue!. Hopefully, your blood will build back up again and you'll be feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The ONLY way is to exercise and force ya self to be more active!. But be in the mind set that you WANT to do it and get excited about it and think of the outcome!.
The human body adapts well in vast range of environments, if you get more active, play sport, or just go for a walk or run whatever, your body will adapt for that!. But dont go and start lifting 150 pounds at the gym and doing 100 mile marathons, just start small and gradually increase!. It'll take some time but it will be worth it!. You'll find yourself 6 months from now sitting in front of the t!.v!. with ya leg shaking and dying to go and do something!.

I grew up in a much cooler place the hottest we ever got was 28 degrees celcius, but when summer came it was hot and a good day for a swim!. When i moved far north to the tropics i stayed there for 3 years and then went back to visit my dad, even in summer i was absolutely freezing!. I adapted to the tropic weather so therefore my body reacted to the temperature drop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
