Question: Why Do My Ears Start Hurting If I Run While It's Cold Outside!?
I ran a mile today, and it was about 59 degrees outside, and when I was finished, I had a really bad ear ache!. That's not the first time this has happened, but it only happens when it's cold outside!. Why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because when you are cold your body tries to save all of your vital organs so it sends all of your blood to your heart, lungs, etc!. So your ears, nose, toes, etc!. are getting hardly any blood and hurt a little from the sudden rush of blood when you get warm again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
