I have to look down when going down steps, or I'll go really, really slow!. Its just a balance thing, and we can't guess where our feet are going to land, we have to see to have that equilibrium! Now try steps while in a neck brace, which I am quickly learning is not at all fun! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
Perfectly normal, its a classic sign of being clumsy!. What i do is count the steps!. Depending on how often you travel them, then instead of watching, you can count and not fall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
