I am having gastric bypass in june and I want to know how much it it going to cost me out of pocket

You have to consider the other tests that you have to have in order to have the gastric bypass!.!.!.x-rays, blood work, sonogram of stomach, the endoscope, if you have heart problems, the stress test, the sleep apnea test, you have to find out about all the test because these are not included in the surgeon's fee!.!.!.!.these are extras!. Then you have to figure out the surgeon's fee, hospital fee and the anesthesiologist!. Alot of these fees are separate and not in just one price!. Oh, if your bmi is over 55 then the IVC temporary filter!. These were just a few of the fees that wasn't mention to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Call the business offfice of the doctors office asked them the fees beforehand and if you get medicare its 20% out of pocket if no extra insures was bought!.But there be more than just his/her fees so really thats kind of difficult but you can figure it out call hospital asked the the average cost of the surgery your haveing how much is there fee!.But you wont know down too the penny because theres always more thanone doctor there another doctor that will put you too sleep!.Take care good luck hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
