My best friend has really sweaty underarms and it really makes her feel uncomfortable to go out!. No deodorants have helped or anything!. What could she do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Degree or Secret Clinical Anti-perspirant/deodorant they work well for me (a sweater)

Wear natural fabrics or sports fabrics that wick away moisture!.
Otherwise, she should go to a dermatologist, possibly for botox!.
