Question: Sick and really bored! Please please me!?
All I can do is go online,watch T!.V,and sleep!. Sleeping is out of the question because I have already tried and no luck!. I feel awful!. Im about to take a nice warm showers but what do I do when Im done!? Please dont say read because I have a headache and that would make it worse!. :'(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try singing or talk to someone on the phone!. If pets make you happy, and you don't have one, ask someone if you can borrow one!. They are great distractions sometimes!. If you can't sleep, try to entertain yourself by watching the images and patterns that appear when you close your eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
