Because you are thinking of that poor dumb lady who is now in jail for powerwashing her kid at the car wash on camera!. Some people enjoy playing with water it excilerates them, like playing at the fountain when you are a kid!. Laugh it up and enjoy yourself!. Just don't powerwash any children!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Honestly, it sounds like a defense mechanism from WAY back (laugh to mask fear defense)!. Perhaps you were frightened by a car wash as a small child!. Seriously, i know adults who are nervous around clowns and have no clue why!. Early childhood terror is a thought!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
