Relaxation techniques?!


Question: Relaxation techniques!?
Looking for some things I can do to promote relaxation, and ease stress!. Any suggestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Lie down!. Starting at the top of your body, clench your jaw for 5 seconds, then let it go!. Do the same with your shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, butt, thighs and legs, feet if you can!. That should relax your whole body!. You can do it anywhere, anytime!. (You don't have to be lying down!.)
