Pain in my throat and neck?? HELP!!!!?!

Question: I have hypothyroidism and well my levels have been at 12.4 when they are supposed to be between 4.0-4.5, long story short I havent been taking my medicine mostly because of forgetfullness. Anyway I woke up today it felt like someone punched me in my right jaw (it was hurting badly) and also with a pain in my throat seems like its sore but only on the right side. Same with my neck right below my chin on the right side (below jaw bone on neck and under chin more specifically) It is very tender to touch and hurts when I swallow, has anyone felt this? Is it because of my thyroid? Is it serious should I see a docotr like now or wait til monday? Or could this just be a sore throat? But I am not sick?!?!? IDK, I might add I have panic disorder and am well panicking.....!! Any advice will help does anyone have hypothyroidism and have experienced this? Help!!!

My daughter had lumps on her right thyroid she felt sick all the time the lumps gave her a mix of over active & under active. In the end she had 2 have her right thyroid out because she still has her left she does not need meds just a blood test every 12 months 2 keep a check on her t4 everything is normal now. But when she had it she always felt sick tied had sore throats & just never felt right. So maybe you need 2 look into having your thyroid out or find a way of reminding yourself 2 take your meds. If you have a mobile phone set it 2 go of with a message 2 take your meds. But wait till monday 2 go 2 the doctors & try not 2 worry im sure everything is O.K. best of luck.
