This is a very strong and powerful antibotic. Do not takeon an empty stomach, and strictly non alcohol.
Hope you feel better soon.

Trichomoniasis Is a sexually transmitted disease.

Metronidazole is most commonly prescribed by dentists, its very commonly used for gum infections. Its also used for 'down below' problems, I was prescribed it aftrer giving birth when I had an infection in my lady bits.

It is a strong drug, absolute DO NOT drink any alcohol on it, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours after you finish the course.

It reacts very badly with alcohol, it will make you very very ill if you do.

Metronidazole is commonly used in dentistry to treat dental infections as they are often caused by anaerobic organisms.( Those that don't require oxygen.) It is also active against other types of organisms including trichomonas vaginalis, a single celled flagellate which can cause vaginal infections.
