You sound a lot like me. My dad always makes jokes about how I'm going to die if I get a paper cut. -_-;;

And my mom doesn't smoke but she doesn't help either.

If you constantly think something is wrong with you... you might be a hypochondriac like me (aka someone who always thinks something's wrong with them). I would suggest going to a psychologist or psychiatrist if you think you have a serious problem. I'm not a health expert but I think I should go to a psychologist or psychiatrist to.

see a therapist. you're a hypochondriac. if you have low energy it is probably because you are anemic, which is normal in young girls and can be solved by eating more iron in your diet. The thing is that you are finding improbable things and believing that you have them. There's ltitle chance you do. Lung cancer at your age is ridiculous.

convince your mom to stop smoking! It's a bad influence, and it's not only bad for her but for everyone around her.

there's probably more to it than that...but it's a good place to start.

eat right. exercise.....and for Heaven's sake, quit stressing out! Stop worrying about what other people think or what they've diagnosed you with (they aren't doctors, you know).

Live life to the fullest. Live long and prosper!!

Your not a health freak, your a hypochondriac! If you don't like the smoke, I suggest you leave the room, and tell your mother you won't enter the room again, until the smoke clears! A hypochondriac has abnormal anxiety, which causes fatigue, (exhaustion, low energy) aches and pains, and chest pains as well! You think your sick, so your mind feels the symptoms in your body!
