I go dizzy in a elavater?!
Question: im scared of going in an elavater, i get dizzy going in thier, i hate going in any rooms with no windows, like my bathroom i cant close it then ill gettoo scared , why am i like this im scared ill get trapped

If you are afraid to just get into an elevator and you are to scared to close your bathroom door because you think yo may become trapped and don't like going into rooms without windows then I would have to guess that you are Claustaphobic. I don't really know why people are claustaphobic. But you could probably talk to a therapist about it or a psychiatrist and maybe they can show you or teach you techniques so you can get over your phobia. Or maybe you need meds.

you probably have claustrophobia but it's okay. a lot of people have it too so no worries.i get dizzy when spinning even just for 3 seconds.i get dizziness a lot but i just try to get through it. so the next time you go in a elevator or rooms with no windows, just take several deep breaths and calm yourself down. just think to yourself that you won't get stuck in an elevator.
