dont lower your metabolism... its too hard to get back. but if you want to have chunky thighs... which is cool (I dont judge)... eat once a day and that will drag your metabolism to a stop.

yeah eating less frequently will slow your metabolism. Snacking keeps it up b/c it keeps your body moving (digesting)
