Neti Pot positioning?!
Question: I know it's hard to describe a position without a visual, but if someone can help me out here, I'd be ever so grateful. I can't seem to get the right angle...everything keeps draining into my throat. Help?

When I do it, turn your head all the way to the right and lean so far forward that your nose is almost parallel with the ground. Turn your head so that you are looking straight at the wall to the side of you, but not so far that you start to look up towards the ceiling. When you start looking too far upwards then it starts going down your throat. Good luck, hope that made sense to you!
I too have that problem sometimes. Make sure you're leaned forward far enough and tilt your head slight in which the draining should occur.
