I feel for you, I used to ride the bus with a girl like that in high school. It was nauseating. I agree that you should mention it first to your teacher, then to an administrator. Personal hygiene becomes public business when it interferes with others as his clearly has.

Since he refuses to do anything, I would report him to the school principal for corrective actions. It's for your and his good....

HAVE YOU EVER STOPPED TO THINK THAT MAYBE HE SMELLS BECAUSE OF A MEDICAL CONDITION!? Don't be rude. Just leave him alone.

i dont know, we have kids like that at our school, but i ignore it or atleast try. dont be mean bout it.

Hiding behind the bushes and attacking him with cologne is downright stupid, so I'll hope that you only meant that jokingly. Why? Because if he was allergic to the cologne, he could have a serious reaction landing YOU into hot water. Not only that, but you could accidentally spray him (or someone else) right in the eyes. Cologne attacks aside, I do sympathize with your plight. But here's where you have a chance for personal growth. If you can, avoid him. If you can't, maybe bring some perfume with yourself so that when you're around him you can spray something on YOURSELF. You'll freshen yourself up and it will most likely cover up his bad odor. There's no point in embarrassing the lad. Everybody likes to think they're a decent person and will be the first to make such claims, but when it comes time to prove their words they do anything but act decent. Take the high road; leave him be.

While it may be disgusting and seem unbearable, trust me....you'll live. Sometimes a little bit of compassion and understanding can have a world of impact on someone when you least expect it.
