I have a lot of broken blood vessels on my legs and back what is that???!

Sounds like it could be varicose veins. There are treatment though....you should see your doctor about them. You can do a little reading about them here...

broken bloods vessels....that doesnt sound to good. it might just be your skin, not really a major problem to worry about. if you are unsure you can always go to a doctor.
