idk how talll ur parents are but the only thing i can think of is to exercise alot to encourage the release of HGH in ur body.

For guys they grow till their about the age of 21 and girls 24. If you think you are way too short than the average and willing to go through pain for 2 years or so you can try height lengthening surgery which would cost you a bomb. But the results are good throughout the world expect for a lady whose surgery went horribly wrong in one of the case study I went through. I am 19 years and 194 cm tall. Whoohoo I love my height.
