Is this mold?!
Question: There is this black stuff on my wall and I've painted over it before but it showed up again and I've also cleaned it off with water, showed up AGAIN. I was wondering if it was black mold but I thought that was greenish-black and this is more greyish-black. It almost looks like I got fire too close to the wall (which I havn't). What do you think it is? Is it mold?

Sounds like black mold.
You need to find source of moisture.
May need investigator to find full extent of it.
Seal room. Get respirator.
1st rinse, then use bleach (5%), then rinse again & must dry..
Need to be careful of spores becoming airborne.

Yeah it's mold.
Clean it using bleach AKA hospital grade disinfectant.
Make sure the room is well ventilated at the time.
