Tough question, I can sympathize. the only product I have found that clears up my acne overnight is called "bye bye blemish," it's a sulfur based product that you leave on overnight and it really works well for spot treatments. It's cheap and you can find it at major drugstores like Rite Aid for like 10 bucks. As far as the acne around your mouth, it's probably not so much major pimples as just little skin irritation. If you're using deep cleansing pads every night, that could even be irritating your skin more than helping it. I have a doctor's prescription for Differin and Tazorac which really helps clean up the kind of acne I think you're describing. Since you don't have much time and you say you can't run out and buy anything, the only thing I might suggest is if you have any major zits and can see where the fluid will ooze out, Soak the area with a warm washcloth and poke it gently with a needle and press around the zit, sometimes this will encourage whatever buildup is in there to come out. (Don't squeeze and pinch desperately really hard because then it will bruise and tear and look a lot worse! trust me on this, don't pinch it, just tease the skin gently a little bit with your fingertips and see if anything comes out.) If that doesn't work or if there's really nothing major ready to come out then just focus today on applying your proactiv step 3 if that works for you. That healing lotion or whatever they call it is I think Benzoyl Peroxide, which should help reduce any inflammation or redness. Make sure you don't touch on your face all day or rest your chin on your hand etc, if you need to use bandaids to cover up then do that and just chill at home today. Sometimes I will apply a topical treatment and then cover with a bandaid to let the medication really have time to get into the pores without getting wiped away, especially overnight. Just relax and have a fun day and try not to worry too much because if you're stressing out it will make it worse. I'm sorry you broke out right before something important, but remember, your acne usually doesn't look as worse as you think. Chances are, most of the people you'll be interacting with won't even be noticing it. And even if they notice, they're probably just remembering when their own skin used to break out like that, it's such a common problem. Good luck, and I hope you see some improvement before tomorrow!

Wash with mineral water several times daily , no soap. let dry, also wash hair with mineral water. use shampoo on your hair though. Sorry there is no overnight solution. But this method will work in about 2 weeks.

I am a teen with zits too. I am afraid there is nothing you can do to get rid of them overnight.. Some people are just prone to them, You are not alone so don't feel like a freak, look around most people have zits... Wear some cover up (even if u are a guy) If it is really THAT important..
