Pre Employement Physical?!

Question: I went for my physical for this new job in a hospital. I need two TB tests and so far I have had one. The place I went to for the physical is affilated with my dotor and the office he works for. Do you think that I can go to my primary care doctor for the other TB test I have to have or go back to the place of where I had my physical at? The only reason is that the place I went to for my physical is far away from where I live and my doctor's office is about ten minutes from where I live and its close to me as where the place where I went for my physical is about forty minutes away from home. If I get the TB test at my doctor's office, it will be free but so will where the place I had my physical it's free there too. Should I just go to the place where I had my physical and get the other TB test or go to my doctor's office and get the TB test there? Do you think that the human resources department will mind where I go to get the scond TB test?
Thanks
