Does a bi cpap work alot better??? if so how much better than regular cpap??!
Question: bipap is designed to treat the patient with respiratory depression or hypoventilation, not obstructive sleep apnea. A bipap senses lack of adequate volume and adjusts for that, whereas a cpap senses obstruction and ramps up to alleviate that. Two different machines for two different issues.
