Helium ballon...?!

Question: Ok, so I just got back from my Military Ball (Highschool) and when it was over...we were all outside waiting for our rides and we had all the ballons and stuff and they had helium. I did suck the air out of them and so did the other kids and we were all talking like chipmunks...its was too funny...but anyways...I have heard that little helium wont do anything bad to you...I did it with like 10 ballons. Is that bad...10? And until how long can I do it again?

if you feel faint afterwards its natural but you'll need carbon dioxide and stuff. but... there is a powder inside the balloon that is bad for you. but helium is awesome...
