Its called palpatations. If you do not suffer from any other problems it could just be an irregular heart beat, or you could just be stressed about something, but I would strongly recommend you see a doctor as soon as possible as anything to do with the heart is not worth messing about with.
How old are you? if you are less than 25 then you need not worry . Anyway just go to a doctor and take ECG to confirm your health.
There could be many reasons, for one maybe you wake up too fast like getting up fast instead of taking your time and the second reason might be that you're lacking some kind of vitamin. So to be sure of everything, visit your doctor and tell him or her how many days have you been having this symptom. Hopefully there is nothing, but it's always best to be sure of everything. I used to have the same problem every moring, so I went to my doctor, took a blood test and results came back that I have Anemia.
