I think you should fall sideways.
the downer takes over the upper... and it kinda depend what it is too...
I've seen people on meth (major upper) drink a ton of alcohol.(minor downer) They seemed much, much more sped up than slowed down. It was hard to tell how much they'd been drinking because the meth had them tweeking so much. They were some of the more frightening people I ran into during my ten+ years in the liquor industry.
Edit: A prescription sleeping pill is probably stronger than the caffiene in a few cups of coffee. Id say you'll sleep.
When I was doing that, we use to say you go slither ways.
The real answer maybe that the cancel out each other.
My question to you is why are you taking so many drugs, are you just bored with life or what ?
very bad when you do that you might fall asleep for days not just a night.
