Whats the secret to waking up early?!


Question: i really love being an early bird though i am not that early- i wake up at around 8 and i want to be albe to wake up and 6

can you please tell me anything that can help me wake up earlyer- please also include something that has nothing to do wiht an alarm clock^^

In order to get into the habit of waking up early, you need to put your attention on something during the next day (or later in the future) that you want to do.

Use an Alarm Clock and set your time to when u want to wake up and you will.....

Repeat waking up everyday at 6 in the morning and u will find that everyday u will wake u at that exact time everyday....

It worked for me and it will work for u too ^_^

Drink a lot of water before bed.

You WILL wake up early, and you will NOT lie in bed for very long after you do.

Go to bed early, and set an alarm clock. Depending on what time you wanna wake up, go to bed at a time where you'll get at least 7 hours of sleep. Keep the alarm clock close(but not too close you might turn it off in your sleep when it goes off)

Maybe go to sleep a little earlier? I go to bed around 9 or 10 pm and always wake up around 6-7

My alternative for an alarm clock is have my phone alarm set to vibrate, i'm horrible with alarm clocks, but that wakes me up. I just put it under my pillow before I go to sleep, and it works like a charm. lol

It all depends on being fit and relaxed and the time clock in your body and mind will do the rest.
also early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy ......!

Usually by starting to wake up at 6, even if it's by an alarm clock, will make your body more used to being active at that time and your body will then wake you up naturally.

I never use an alarm clock (***BEEEP***BEEEP***) an I always wake up at about 6:38 sharp. I go to bed at around 10:30 to 11.
