It is normal because the topic of divorce causes stress to the body sos the body tries to protect itself when put into a serious stressful situation. The way it protects itself is by causing headaches, sleeplessness, nausea, depression, even muscle aches and pains. If just talking about this divorce causes this much stress you get physically ill then I would assume that the relationship is not that great and it will end up killing you if you stay together. Stress can kill you and it will do it slowly and painfully. GOOD LUCK!

Id say its normal... divorce isnt fun its extremely stressful and difficult on everone involved

You are going to attempt to take on the job of two people of course you will feel stress and wonder if things will be okay.. Times are really bad right now. It is certainly normal.

yes and I am sorry to say it does last while so just know it is normal

divorce is a major stressor. stress can trigger depression, and headaches and lots of sleep can be physical symptoms of depression. so yes, divorces can cause those things. i'm going through divorce too, and dealing with too little sleep and no appetite.

Divorce is very stressful, and you have to be careful that it doesn't f*** you up. The headaches are part of the stress.

You need to be able to cope with it, get out of bed, and get it done, the quicker its over, the better off you'll be. You need to have the proper mindset for it.
