You still have time to grow bieng 15, if you don't grow anymore, after you are thirty you start shrinking. This is the result of losing bone density. To prevent bone density you need to take in the following:
1. Drink Milk(8fl oz. Daily)
2. Eat Veggies, preferable Broccoli.
3. Don't drink coffee, it stunts your growth.
5. Stay away from growth hormone injections!
6. Excercise daily.
7. Get at least 8 hrs. of sleep, you sleep most when you are sleeping.

You cannot force yourself to a certain height. It is all determined by your genetics. You are basically pre-programmed. There is nothing you can do to grow taller. You probably will not grow much more. I've been 5'6 since I was like 14. I'm 25 now.
5"6 is a fine height.
you probably won't make it, but I believe it depends on how old you were when you started your period, you only grow a certain amount after that... I just can't remember how that all works... google it
milk or any other single food or drink won't make you grow taller, and nonfat milk is calories well spent. don't let proper nutrition go out the window just because you want to be a model, it's not worth it

Taking a multivitamin helps to ensure that you are not missing any important nutrients that would slow down your growth. Also, posture. Bad posture can make you look up to 4 inches shorter.

Start by sitting up tall. Never slouch. Hold your neck up and keep a moderate arch in your back.
Then do extensive stretching. Yoga, pilates, all that good stuff. Get a real routine down if you're serious about growing, otherwise you won't do anything.
With a little hope, you may grow a LITTLE more than just by natural growth. There's really no way to tell though; you may be through growing completely.
The only thing you can do is wait and see.
my coaches use to tell to stretch out all ur joints before u goto bed and drink milk, now im 6"9 so i think it helped out 4 me and i hope it does the same 4 u

Darlin it is a genetics. You can try good posture and you can try decompression execerise and that might get you a extra inch. Heels are the only way to 5-9
