If you are having a problem with dehydration you shouldn't be asking dimwits this question you should be at the hospital . As a general rule if your urine is dark colored you and you can't get enough water in you to help this matter you should consult a doctor immediately .
You can lose 5% to 10% of your body mass before getting sick.
If you do lose a lot of water weight, please drink a lot of water. Being dry can make you very sick.

It isn't true weight though - it is just water weight. you will still have the same amount of fat and mass than you did before.
Of course, you can die from dehydration - and you probably won't be able to check yourself in - you will get very weak and tired and fall asleep and die.
Why don't do what the rest of us to do lose weight - exercise and eat right.
