Can a high-stress lifestyle shorten your life?!


Question: Yup! Because stress can lead to lack of sleep, anxiety, depression and other negative feelings or emotion! One thing I've learned about it personally is that it could make you look old and haggard and uneasy about the way you look. That is why you should try to relax have fun and take a break, remember if God took 7 days to make everything and He rested. Your only human you should take time too don't rush everything and then you should rest.

Edit: Short answer - yes its bad for you. Try to find at least a couple things a day that you enjoy and that help you relax some.
