Does anyone know the real reason ones ears suddenly go hot?!
Question: Are you being talked about behind your back? j/k...it's usually because you are getting flustered, and your body goes into "defense" mode and rushes blood to your head as a result. Since your ears are an extremity (like fingers and toes), they don't usually feel pulsating blood, so this creates that "rush" reaction.

Mainly when you have been in a cold place and then you move to a very hot place, or,
I hope not, its a sign of slight blood pressure.

I dont know the official answer, but my guess is that when you get embarrassed or suddenly get hot your blood starts pumping a lot faster than it was. Because of this the blood that is circulating through your ears is a lot heavier (since the blood is warm, and your skin there is thin) it becomes hot.
