What if someone eats mcdonalds everyday for a week, and exercises for 2 hours a !

It depends on how much is eaten, how rigorus the exercise is, the person's metabolism, what kind of oil they happen to be cooking with that week. One thing to point out though, is that unhealthy food is still unhealthy, regardless of weather or not you loose or gain weight. There is still cholesterol and everything else to consider.
I think it depends on how much they are eating from Mc Donalds each day and how strenuous the exercise is. It's definatly bad for you, whether you end up gaining weight or not.

I'm not sure about that, I think it would depend on what kind of exercises for sure, whether it was cardio, or for the purpose of gaining muscle... I try to eat McDonald's as much as possible, sometimes nearly every day, and I lift weights for about half an hour to an hour five days a week, and my weight never seems to change.
Impossible to predict, depends of the person, the amount they eat and the intensity of the workout. Why not just eat healthier and exercise?
